Andres Corral oversees the development and construction of Edgewater Capital Investments’ project pipeline. He played a key role in establishing ECI General Contractors, which successfully delivered the Bower SOMI project in South Miami — a mixed-use development featuring a four-story apartment building and a four-story office building.

With more than 20 years of experience in the South Florida construction industry, Andres has managed the full life cycle of multifamily, affordable housing, mixed-use, and condominium projects from the ground up. Prior to joining ECI, he served as Vice President of Construction at FCI Residential, where he directed the development of more than 1,800 residential units across garden and midrise communities ranging from 240 to 350 units.

Andres holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is a licensed Florida General Contractor and a LEED Accredited Professional.
