Manny Mato founded ECI in 2017 together with Luis and is responsible for all real estate related investments. Prior to ECI, Manny was a developer at FCI Residential Corporation, a subsidiary of Florida Crystals, where he was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, financing and oversight of over 1,200 apartment units with a total value at the time of approximately $300 MM.

Manny was previously a Corporate Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he completed project finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions valued at over $5 billion.

Manny is a member of the Florida Bar and attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree as well as a Certificate in Business from the Wharton School. He also holds a B.B.A. from the University of Miami.
